Description
STC-ABWM-600 rigid box making machine adopts PLC programming technology with touch screen man-machine interface, parameter setting and fault display, and fault shutdown function. It uses imported servo and stepper motor control, precision track system, and high-end brand screw bearing rollers, ensuring low failure rate and high precision. The production process is fully automatic.
There is no need to change the air pressing board or tucking-in blade. After inputting the length, width, and height of the box, the machine automatically adjusts the mold. Adjustment time is short. The paper can be folded to the end, and ear folding length is adjustable from 0–100 mm. Wrapping paper, bubble pressing, and box forming are completed in one process.
It is suitable for producing rigid boxes, premium boxes, cosmetic boxes, ring boxes, jewelry boxes, phone boxes, gift boxes, shoe boxes, etc.
