Description
HN-G520 / D520 is a single-slot grooving machine driven by a large cylinder. It is widely used for sample grooving, small-scale rigid box production, and V-slot grooving applications.
The V-slot grooving process feeds the board onto a high-precision aluminum plate. A large cylinder drives the blade holder to perform grooving at angles of 90°, 120°, or 140°. After grooving, the operator removes the finished board, and one grooving cycle is completed.
To remove the four corners automatically after V-slot grooving, a die cutter has been added for half die cutting of cardboard corners. After grooving, the four corners can be removed automatically, making it suitable for producing rigid box samples.
