Automatic Paperboard Slots Grooving Machine
This machine is used for V-shaped groove processing on flat raw materials such as grey board, density board, and card paper for various hardcovers and gift boxes.
The machine adopts a fully automatic automatic correction design. After placing the product on the conveyor structure, it automatically corrects and aligns it into the V-grooving section, ensuring groove accuracy and consistency.
The V-grooving section uses a uniquely designed cutter holder structure that achieves zero error, no front-to-back or sideways wobble, and addresses common problems in machine adjustment that can damage tools or rollers. The machine is equipped with high-quality imported tungsten steel cutters for long service life and excellent grooving results.
This machine also features automatic waste removal and automatic product collection functions after grooving.
The machine uses high-quality imported transmission bearings to ensure quiet operation with no noise and no eccentricity during high-speed operation.
